At Mons Royale, we want to ensure you are completely satisfied with your high-performance merino gear. If your purchase isn't exactly what you needed, you can return unworn and unwashed items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack Your Gear

  Securely place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all technical tags and labels remain attached to the garments.

• 3.
  Label and Post

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to your package, and drop it off at your nearest authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Refund Processing

  Once our warehouse team inspects the returned gear, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
